Lycodon septentrionalis
Range
North-east India, Bangladesh and Bhutan (possibly)
The white-banded wolf snake, also called the northern large-toothed snake, is a colubrid found in Asia. It is black above and on the sides, with narrow, whitish transverse bands. It has relatively small eyes and a slightly depressed snout that is not spatulate, and it lays eggs (Wikipedia, general species account).
The Reptile Database lists north-east India and Bhutan, while Wikipedia says it is found in Bangladesh and possibly in Bhutan. Nothing on size, habitat, diet or breeding was found in the sources opened, so none is stated.
