The Wikipedia account read is for the black-browed bushtit, also called the rufous-fronted bushtit, a small long-tailed bird 11 to 12cm long. It has grey upperparts, rufous breast and flanks and a white belly, and the head is buff with a broad black mask, a white forehead and a white bib speckled black in the centre. Its natural habitats are boreal and temperate forests (Wikipedia, general species account).
That account places it in mid-southern China and sporadically in Myanmar and does not name Bhutan, so its occurrence in Bhutan is flagged for checking. Some populations, such as sharpei (Burmese tit) of western Burma and bonvaloti of southern China, have sometimes been treated as separate species.
