Phyllergates cucullatus
Also known as: Phyllergates cuculatus
Habitat
Subtropical or tropical moist lowland and montane forest
Range
Purvanchal Range, southern China and mountainous South-east Asia
The mountain tailorbird, Phyllergates cucullatus, is a small songbird of the family Cettiidae, formerly placed among the Old World warblers. It was described by Temminck in 1836, and its only relative in the genus is the rufous-headed tailorbird (Wikipedia, general species account).
It lives in moist forest from the lowlands to the mountains and is native to the Purvanchal Range, southern China and mountainous South-east Asia. The source gives no size, diet, behaviour or breeding information, and does not mention Bhutan, so none of those are stated here (Wikipedia, general species account).
