The Indochinese or Burmese roller occurs widely from Nepal and eastern India to Myanmar and Southeast Asia. The crown and vent are blue, the primaries deep purplish blue with a band of pale blue, and the tail sky blue with a terminal band of Prussian blue. Rollers have a long, compressed bill with a curved upper edge and a hooked tip, and the three forward toes are united at the base. The face and breast are purplish brown and unstreaked. The source read gives no size, habitat, diet or breeding detail, and does not name Bhutan, so none is stated.
